The SCA Tennis Meet has been rescheduled for the third time and is scheduled for Saturday, May 6th at 9:00 AM at the Salem City Park. Salem also received the #3 seed in districts and will play Licking at home at 1:00 PM on Monday in the first round.

The Salem Tiger Baseball makeup game Wednesday with Cabool has been postponed and rescheduled for this Saturday, May 6th at noon at the SHS field. This will be a varsity game only. Due to scheduling conflicts, the game will not be on KSMO Radio.

The Salem Baseball Tigers are scheduled to be at Sullivan today and has been CANCELLED. The game will not be made up.

The Middle School SCA Track Meet has been moved to Friday, May 5th.

The St. Louis Cardinals game with the Milwaukee Brewers on Wednesday night was postponed, due to the weather. The Cards finish off the series today, and the game has been moved back against Milwaukee to a 6:15 game time start tonight with the pre-game at 5:20 on KSMO Radio.

Nate Karns and two Kansas City relievers combined on a two-hitter as the Kansas City Royals topped the Chicago White Sox 6-1 on Wednesday night. Chicago (14-12) dropped out of first place in the American League Central. Kansas City (9-17) has won two out of three in May after ending April on a nine-game slide. The Royals will host the White Sox this afternoon at Kaufman Stadium.
