Ten Salem Tiger Track Team members will participate in the State Sectional meet in Eldon on Saturday in 20 different events. Good Luck Tigers!!

There will be Middle School Football Camp July 10th through the 14th at the football field from 9:00 to 11:00 in the morning. The cost is $30.00 and that includes a camp T-shirt. This camp will be for athletes that will be in the 7th or 8th grade for the upcoming fall 2017 football season. For more information, contact Head Varsity Football Coach Brian McNamee.

The Salem Tiger Boys and Girls Basketball 2nd Annual Golf Tournament will be held on June 12th at Spring Creek Golf Club in Salem. Players and business sponsors are needed to help raise money for your Jr. High and High School basketball programs. You must sign up for the tournament by June 9th. The Salem Parks and Recreation Department is looking for umpires for the upcoming baseball, T-Ball and softball seasons. Games will be held this year on Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays. If you would be interested in umpiring, contact Parks and Recreation Director Tye Lydon at 729-6290.

The St. Louis Cardinals had the day off Thursday and start a three game series with the San Francisco tonight at Busch Stadium at 6:20 on KSMO.
